| 摘 要： | 1924年9月江浙战争爆发,外人为避免战火烧入租界,乃积极联合行动,在租界及其周围地区、海域实行武装中立。一方面,各国分派军舰入沪,划定防区,协保黄浦江及吴淞口外航道,阻止双方海军交战,从外围确保租界安全;另一方面租界内组织万国商团义勇队,并各国海军登陆之陆战队协同巡捕出防以维持租界治安,从而使上海租界免遭战火的劫难,保护了租界内中外商民的生命财产安全,然而却是以中国的主权遭受进一步的损害为代价。

| Abstract: | The war of Jiang-Zhe broke out in September,1924.In order to avoid the war in Shanghai concession,the foreigners in Shanghai concession actively cooperated with each other to implement armed neutrality in Shanghai concession and its surrounding areas and sea areas.Firstly,every country sent warships to Shanghai and marked off defense areas to coordinately ensure the safety of navigation on Huangpu River and on the sea areas outside Wusongkou and to prevent sea warfare.Secondly,volunteers of foreign merchants in Shanghai concession were organized and cooperated with marine corps assigned by foreign countries to protect the security of the concession.These measures did protect the safety of life and assets of Chinese and foreign merchants in Shanghai concession,which were at the cost of further damage to China's sovereignty. |
