| Abstract: | Whereas a distinctive information gap exists between the urban area and suburbs in Shijiazhuang, the paper argues for the leading role of governments, in relation to the construction of the social harmony in Shijiazhuang. Specific work includes the speedy setup of the information network, the training of the information staff, and developing information services. |
