| 摘 要： | 建设和谐校园是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求，是保持高校协调、持续、健康发展的必然要求，是实现高校安定团结的基本前提；建设和谐校园要做到“依法治校”与“以德治校”相结合，硬件建设与软件建设相结合，培育大学精神与弘扬时代精神相结合，把握正确的理论导向和倡导学术自由相结合。
