| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪，面临世界经济的一体化，许多发达国家都对本国的职业教育进行着重大改革，主要表现为：职业教育与普通教育的相互渗透，相互综合，根据市场和社会需要灵活设置专业，扩大学生职业面向，强调实践教学环节，培养学生的实践工作能力，发展高层次职业教育，与企业广泛联系，建立现代职业教育体系，构建终身职业教育体制。借鉴发达国家职业教育改革经难,列国职业教育发展应用强调普通教育与职业教育的沟通，强调学生关键能力的培养，职业教育应与转岗培训相结合。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Entering the 21th century,Being faced with the whole of world economy,a lot of developed countries are carrying out great reforms, they are as follows;mutual infritration and mutual comprehension between vocational education and general education;flexibly setting up specialities for need of market and society;enlarging students' professional choice. Strengthening practical teaching link; training practical working ability {developing higher vocational education;keeping wide connection with enterprises;setting up modern vocational education system;using the experience of developed countries for reference. Our country's vocational education should be strengthened to link up between vocational education and general education to train students' key ability,and vocational education should be connected with transferring to civilian work and training. |
