摘    要:在高校党的基层组织和党员中开展"创先争优"活动,是新形势下加强高校党的先进性建设的有效载体和有力抓手。实现高校"创先争优"活动的常态化、长效化,可采取以下方法:建立健全激励约束机制;广泛吸收广大教职工群众参与考评;建立健全高校管理措施的统筹结合;发挥先进典型的示范作用;全体党员要以积极的心态接受党性锤炼。

Abstract:New strives for excellence serve as an incentive of the primary CPC organizations to strengthen the construction of the progressiveness in universities, It is argued that the constant and long- term mechanism demands for incentives, extensive staff appraisals, and integrative measures, while a mo- dal performs demonstrative roles, and Party members maintain positive enthusiasms.
