| 摘 要： | 提高酒店管理专业的教学质量，必须强化其实践性教学环节。一要加大实践性教学的课时比例，实践性教学应占总课时的55％；二要改革教学方法，实践性教学方法的创新体现在知识课教学的创新、技能课创新和实习教学的创新；三要加强实践性教学资源建设，包括师资队伍建设和实训基地建设。

| Abstract: | To improve the teaching quality of hotel management speciality, we must intensify the practical teaching links. Firstly, we should enhance the class hour proportion to 55 % ; secondly, we should reform the teaching approach, the innovative practical teaching consists of knowledge teaching innovation, ability teaching innovation and practice teaching innovation; thirdly, we should improve the constrution of the resource of the practical teaching including the construction of teacher team and practical bases. |
