| 摘 要： | 渠道冲突源于渠道成员各自追求自身利益的最大化。对渠道冲突的管理首先要发现渠道冲突，其次要通过加强渠道成员间沟通，慎重选择渠道成员并进行有效的激励等措施来解决冲突。
