| 摘 要： | 志愿服务是当前大学生参与社会、服务社会的重要方式，对于大学生自身素质的提高以及和谐社会的构建都具有不可忽视的作用。构建大学生志愿服务的长效机制，应着力探索高效的志愿者服务注册管理模式，培育志愿者服务品牌项目，将志愿者服务纳入日常教学范畴，建立有效的激励机制。

| Abstract: | For college students, the voluntary service is a way of participation in social activities, which is important for them to develop the sense of public welfare undertaking and help to build a harmonious so- cialist society. The authors put forward countermeasures of management, development of the awareness of voluntary services and eventually set up the long-term mechanisms. |
