| 摘 要： | 高职院校教学管理基本实现规范制度化、监控全程化、管理信息化。扩招后,给教学管理带来诸多挑战,凸显学校制度不够健全,制度执行不够彻底,教师素质参差不齐,管理水平有待提高。高职院校必须不断提高教学制度的执行力,加强新教师岗前培训,进一步提升教学管理队伍的水平,以保证教学工作有序运行,不断提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The teaching management in vocational colleges is implemented with standardized system,monitored process,and information technology.The enrollment expansion brings about challenges,revealing the deficiency of the educational system,uneven quality of teaching staffs and management.The writer of the paper argues that countermeasures should be taken to ensure the teaching quality. |
