| 摘 要： | 20世纪20年代是石家庄城市化初期行政中心功能创立的起步阶段。获鹿县署搬迁石家庄动议出现的一个重要经济背景是石家庄交通枢纽的经济区位优势。此前曾出现过在石家庄设县佐的动议，为获鹿县署搬迁石家庄营造了一定的舆论前提。随着石家庄逐渐成为区域性经济中心，获鹿县城经济地位日渐衰落。鉴于获鹿商贸集散地向石家庄迁移的现实，从1923年起就不断有人提出将获鹿县署搬迁至石家庄的建议。主迁派与反迁派双方博弈持续近四年之久。虽然搬迁最终未能实现，但石家庄作为区域性政治中心崛起的势头已成必然。

| Abstract: | 1920s sees the initial urbanization of Shijiazhuang when Huolu county is better known as an economic center,but Shijiazhuang as a transportation hub. It has been suggested that Shijiazhuang should be the seat of a county government,which may as well excite the move of Huolu. Later,when Shijiazhuang becomes increasingly prosperous and the economy of Huolu declines, the idea of the move is again pro- posed. So the debates last over four years,but end up with failure. Yet,it is evitable Shijiazhuang becomes a regional center in politics. |
