| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的建立和发展,我国高等教育已由“精英教育”转为“大众教育”,高等教育实行收费制度就有了其现实依据和理论依据。探讨规范的收费标准,目的在于进一步完善高等教育收费制度,发挥其应有的活力,使这一制度尽快为民众所理解和接受。

| Abstract: | With the development and establishment of the market economy,higher education in China has changed from the "elite education" to the "popularized education".The old system can not meet the demand of the university expanding.Based on the domestic situation,the higher education tuition system is discussed in detail,with the aim to define the tuition standard,improve the tuition system,eliminate the negative influence of the tuition,making it understandable and acceptable in the society. |
