| 摘 要： | 不同的"位"决定了高校在高等教育结构中不同的功能.真正的定位发生在多重博弈之后.安于其位,就是各个高校要根据市场需要、国家要求以及自身的条件做到安于职守、各司其职.安于其位的前提是正确理解"位"的差异性问题,防止高校盲目追求"上位";安于其位的核心是组织认同;安于其位的保障是制度.

| Abstract: | Different "orientation" of the university has determined different functions in the structure of higher education.After multi-ply games,the real orientation has determined.Going on with its orientation is according to the market demand,the country demand and it's own conditions,the college is go on with its function and duty.The prerequisite which is go on with its orientation is a correct understanding of the difference of "the orientation",prevent the university from pursuing "the higher orientation" blindly;The core which is go on with its orientation is that an organization admits;The guarantee which is go on with its one is a system. |
