| 摘 要： | 煤炭工业的可持续健康发展需要科技进步推动和一大批高素质科技人才支撑.但是,自20世纪90年代以来,煤炭工业的发展遇到了前所未有的困难,走入了低谷,这也直接造成了煤矿技术人才的严重流失.为了解决煤炭企业"人才断层"问题,为煤炭企业培养"招得来、留得住、用得上"的高素质人才,中国矿业大学以主人翁的责任感,发挥自身优势,围绕人才培养目标,深入探索了适应应用型本科人才培养的理论教学体系、实践教学体系、产学研合作体系的"三体系"教学模式.

| Abstract: | The continuous development of mining industry depends on a large number of technicians and engineers with high qualification.Since the 90's last century,mining industry has met with great difficulties,which consequently causes the serious leave out of technicians.To solve the problem of technician shortage and to provide reliable and practical people for the mining enterprises,China University of Mining & Technology feels obliged to bring into play its specialties,and to explore into the teaching system,practice system,and collaboration system. |
