| 摘 要： | 高职教育校企合作的风险具有客观性、不确定性、相对性和对称性等特征,其风险类型主要有信用风险、产权争议风险、共同利益风险、操作风险和学生安全风险。在对各类风险成因进行分析的前提下,高职教育校企合作的风险管理程序包括确定风险管理目标、识别并评估风险、制定并实施风险管理计划、评价并反馈风险管理成效四个步骤。高职院校和企业要共同加强风险管理、完善风险管理机制,从而推进校企合作的深度发展。

| Abstract: | The cooperation risk between school and enterprise has objectivity,uncertainty,relativity and symmetry characteristics,its risks of the main types are credit risk,property disputes risk,common interest risk,operation risk and student safety risk,and analyzes the causes of the types of risk,then put forward the risk management process of the cooperation between school and enterprise includes the four steps of determining risk management objectives,identifying and assess the risk,formulating and implementing the risk management plan,evaluating and feedback the risk management effectiveness,and that the higher vocational colleges and enterprises should work together to strengthen risk management,improve the risk management mechanism,so as to deeply promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation. |
