| 摘 要： | 营利性教育是指从事教育活动的人或机构,独立或合作筹措资金进行教育设施及资源、师资的投入,按市场规律进行运作,基于学生的学费收入在支出运营成本外,尚有一定额度的结余,表现为投资利润的教育活动。探讨营利性教育存在的价值和合理性是把营利性教育纳入科学管理的逻辑起点。营利性教育节约了国家和地方教育经费,应对了市场的人才需求,满足了社会和个人对教育的需要。营利性教育和公益性教育并不必然对立,它是公益性教育的有力补充,有利于教育资源的优化配置、节约公共财政、分流生源,避免了公益性教育的供不应求。
