| 摘 要： | 全球化时代,外来文化的大量涌入及我国社会发展转型所带来的冲击,对大学生的文化认同产生了严重干扰,给当前高校的教育管理带来了新的挑战。大学生的文化认同危机表现出淡化传统文化、弱化中国特色意识形态以及颠覆主流价值观的特点。在深入分析大学生文化认同危机成因的基础上,从文化教育内容、校园文化建设及教育方式改进等方面探讨了新形势下大学生文化认同危机教育管理的策略,为高校思想政治教育工作提供了新的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | In the era of globalization,the cultural identity of college students has been seriously disturbed due to the influx of foreign culture and the shock from our own social development and transformation.These developments consequently challenge the current education and administration system of universities.The cultural identity crisis of college students is mainly characterized by three features： the dilution of traditional culture; the weakness of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and the subversion of mainstream values.After probing the reasons of cultural identity crisis,this paper explores the education and management strategies under the new situation to avoid such cultural identity crisis from the perspectives of the content of cultural education program,the construction of campus culture and methods of management and education.This research is aimed to provide new ideas and thinking for ideological and political education in universities. |
