| 摘 要： | 高校师范生是我国教师队伍建设的后备力量,教育实习基地是高校开展实践教学的重要平台。从利益相关者理论分析,高校师范生的教育实习基地建设与政府、高校、教育实习机构、师范生个体之间具有互动性的利益诉求。当前我国政府特别是地方政府缺少对实习基地建设的有效指导,高校对实习缺乏管理,教育实习点的责任意识不强,师范生对教育实习缺乏认识等阻碍了实习基地的建设。化解利益相关者之间的矛盾与冲突、协调利益的诉求,需明确实习目标、搭建参与式的利益协调平台,为实习基地建立保障制度,探索新的实习模式。因而要满足不同的利益相关者需求,保障高校师范实习基地稳固建设,充分发挥实习基地的效用,促进师范生专业水平不断提升。

| Abstract: | Students in normal colleges and universities are the reserve forces of teaching staff construction in China.Education practice is an important teaching platform in colleges and uni- versities.Based on the stakeholder theory analysis,the construction of education practice base bears interactive interest demands between governments,colleges and universities,education practice institutions and every normal student.Currently,our governments,especially local gov- ernments,lack effective guidance to the construction of practice base,colleges and universities neglect practice management and the practice institutions＇ consciousness of responsibility is not strong.Normal students have a poor understanding of the importance of teaching practice.All these characteristics constitute a hindrance to the construction of practice base.In order to dis- solve the contradiction and conflicts between stakeholders and coordinate interest demands,it is required to set clear practice goals,construct the participatory interest coordination platform, establish the security mechanism for the practice base,and explore the new practice mode. Therefore,it is necessary to meet the demands of different stakeholders,ensure the steady con- struction of practice base,give full play to the practice base,and promote normal students＇ pro- fessional level. |
