摘    要:教学是教师的中心工作,也是提高教学质量的根本途径。研究表明:大学青年教师对教学的认识比较全面、教学资源的利用率较高,并经常进行教学反思等。但同时也发现青年教师在教学诸方面存在一些问题,如教学技能训练弱化、教学学术研究缺位、教学方法单一等问题。当前在充分调研的基础上,使培育内容具有时效性;强化教学技能培育,提升教师教学水平;加强教学学术研究,促成教师生成教学实践智慧,提升大学青年教师教学专业发展水平的有效路径。

Abstract:Teaching is at the center of a teachers' work,and it is also the fundamental way to improve teaching quality.It is investigated that young teachers in the university do well in the knowledge on teaching,the use of teaching resources and teaching reflections.But on the other hand,we find that the young teachers have some difficulty in teaching,such as weak teaching skills,the absence of academic research and the simplification of teaching methods.So,from now on,the following ways should be used to improve the level of teachers' professional development: make teaching contents effective on the basis of sufficient investigations; strengthen teaching skills; improve the teaching standard; enhance teaching academic research; and,promote the formation of teaching practice wisdom.
