| 摘 要： | 加强高校学生工作干部队伍建设是做好大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的关键环节。目前，高校学生工作干部队伍的现状存在着数量不足、结构不合理、队伍不稳、人心不安等问题。高校各级领导应转变观念，提高认识，从选拔任用、培养锻炼、管理考核等方面入手，加强学生工作干部队伍建设，为学生管理工作提供组织保证。

| Abstract: | The key point in student management and ideological education is to build up an effective team for student affairs. At present, the problems existing in student affairs are lack of sufficient people, unbalanced structure, unstable members and so on. University leaders should change ideas and attitudes, reinforce the selecting, training, and assessing student affair team, so as to provide an organizational guarantee for the work. |
