高校人才培养模式中需求因素的耦合机制研究

摘    要:高校的人才培养过程实际上是高校、大学生、社会三方需求的叠加过程。在当前高校人才培养模式中建立和完善教育良性循环模型,有效地调节这三方的主体需求,形成学校、学生、用人单位互助互利、资源共享的良性耦合,可以提升当前高校教育管理的整体水平,优化教育体系中主体需求结构,从而提高人才培养的有效性、适应性。

Abstract:The talent training course of the university is the superposing course of the tripartite demand of the university, university student and the society in fact. To set up and improve educational benign cycle model in the present university's talent's training mode, regulate the three subjects demand effectively, form benign coupling of helping each other, mutual benefit, and resource--sharing among the school, student, employing department, this can promote the integral level of present university's education management, optimize the structure of subject demand in the education system, thus improve the validity, adaptability of talent training.
