| 摘 要： | 高校执行力是影响学校发展的重要因素。当前高校行政能力不强体现在：一是执行标准尺度把握不准;二是执行效果意识不清;三是执行力度过当。高校必须探索有效途径,充分发挥行政干部水平高、作风正、能力强的优势,提高行政干部执行能力,促进高校各项工作的健康发展。

| Abstract: | College execution is an important factor affecting the school development.The current weak administrative capacity of colleges and universities is reflected in： Firstly,the execution of standards and criteria is not correct;secondly,the implementation of effective consciousness is not clear;thirdly,the execution enforcement is excessive.Universities need to explore effective ways to exert fully the strength of the administrative cadres in high level,work style is honest,the to enhance the implementation capacity of administrative cadres and promote the healthy development of university work. |
