| 摘 要： | 毕业设计（论文）是大学教育重要的实践性教学环节，它在培养大学生创新能力、实践能力和创业精神方面具有十分重要的作用。为确保毕业设计（论文）质量，进行大胆探索与实践，形成以开题报告制度、二次答辩制度以及阶段性检查验收制度为主体的阶段性目标管理质量控制体系。

| Abstract: | The graduation project （papers） is the important practicality teaching links of university education ; it has very important function in training university student＇s innovation ability, practice ability and enterprising spirit. In order to guarantee thequality of the graduation project （papers）, we should probe boldly and practice, then form the quality control system of phased objective management, which includes the reporting system of choosing the title of the papers, the second reply system and phased check and accept system. |
