基于优势学科的矿业安全创新人才培养

摘    要:培养创新性安全人才是保障矿业安全的基础,传统的培养模式已不能满足创新人才培养的要求。中国矿业大学安全工程学院依托优势学科,通过建立高水平教师队伍,建设优质教学资源,打通教学与科研实验室壁垒,统筹实验室资源,建立工程实践教学基地,构建了创新人才培养支撑体系。采用研讨式教学、本科生导师制、开放式实验教学、研究型实验、拔尖人才培养和大学生实践创新训练,构建了"寓研于教"与"寓创于学"的创新人才培养模式,取得了良好的成效。

Abstract:The cultivation of innovative talents is foundation to protect the safety of mining safety.The traditional training mode has been unable to meet the needs of training innovative talents.School of Safety Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology by relying on the discipline advantage to construct innovative talents training system by building a high level teaching team,constructing high quality teaching resources,opening up the teaching and scientific research laboratory barriers,arranging the laboratory resources,and establishing engineering practice teaching base.Constructing the training model of innovation talent of the "integrating research in education" and "combining innovation in science",the article put forward the study-discuss teaching,the tutorial system of undergraduate,the opening experimental teaching,the research experiment,the top-notch talents training,the students' practical and innovative training,and achieved good results.
