| 摘 要： | 针对当前大学生就业存在的问题和解决方法的局限性，介绍了心理学中自我效能理论的主要内容及其在职业活动中的重要作用。提出解决大学生就业问题可从心理层面上提高大学生的自我效能着手，并时在教育实践中如何培养大学生自我效能进行了分析。

| Abstract: | With regards to the current problems in students' employment and its solutions,this paper introduces the theory of self-efficacy in psychology and its importance in job hunting of college students.It proposes means of solving employment problems from the angle of improving the self-efficacy of college students and analyzes the ways to cultivate college students' self-efficacy in education practice. |
