| 摘 要： | 当前我国国有民办二级学院存在着产权不清的状况，这在某种程度上最终会束缚二级学院的发展。为此，从产权经济学的视角，对国有民办二级学院的产权结构和发展环境展开分析，提出了模糊产权是其迅速发展的重要原因，但又是其在未来教育市场完善后发展的主要障碍。

| Abstract: | The state-owned collective-run faculties are developing rapidly. By analyzing the reason of its development, this paper points out that the smudgy relations on property right will hamper development of the state-owned collective-run faculties. From a perspective of property-right economics, this paper analyzes the property-right and running environment for the state-owned collective-run faculties, and asserts that the unclear property right is the reason for its rapid development, but on the other hand, a major obstacle in its further development. |
