| 摘 要： | 高职行业文化教育就是要把各具特色的行业文化融入到高职的校园文化中,通过行业文化氛围来塑造学生的职业素质。行业文化进入高职校园并不是一帆风顺,其发展历程大致可分两个阶段：一是高职诞生之初到20世纪80年代末,其特点是行业文化教育缺失;二是20世纪90年代初至今,其特点是行业文化与校园文化开始了初步对接。行业文化教育的未来必将是行业文化与校园文化的深度融合。

| Abstract: | The industry culture education of higher vocational college is to take the distinctive industries culture into the higher vocational campus culture,and to shape the professional quality of students by the industry culture.To bring the industry culture into the vocational college was not always smooth,and its development process generally can be divided into two stages： firstly,the the beginning of the higher vocaitonal college to the late 1980s,which is characterized by lack of industry culture education;Secondly,from the early 20th century to present,which is characterized by a preliminary docking of industry cultural and campus culture.The industry culture education is the profound integration of industry future and campus culture in the future. |
