| 摘 要： | 教育教学质量是高等学校的生命线,也是永恒的主题。在高等教育大众化、高校规模迅速扩大的背景下,实践教学环节中的毕业实习质量遇到了各种困难,造成高校毕业实习质量出现下滑现象。本文从统筹毕业实习教学、毕业实习组织管理、毕业实习经费等方面,有针对性地提出了改变实践教学观念、增加校外实习基地数量、加强实习教师的职业道德、强化过程管理等措施来保证和提高高校毕业实习的质量。
