| 摘 要： | 陕西省作为高教大省,经济发展却相对滞后,特别是西安市以外地市,高等教育和区域经济发展都相对落后.对此,陕西地方高校和地方都应转变观念,加强合作,优化学科水平、专业结构及人才发展环境,加快科技创新和转化,促进地域经济和社会和谐发展.

| Abstract: | There are many colleges and universities in Shanxi Province but its economical development is relatively slow,especially in areas out of Xi'an.Therefore,the whole province,especial the local governments and its higher institutions should change their concepts,strengthen the cooperation,optimize discipline and academic structures as well as the environments for development.Both the colleges and local governments should speed up the technical innovation and transformation to contribute to the communal and harmonious development of the local economy and local tertiary education. |
