| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是人对人的活动，其过程即是以人为出发点，以人的全面发展为归宿，并对人全程关怀的过程。从人学的视角对人和思想政治教育进行审视，人是一种动态生成性的存在、一种独特性的存在、一种创造超越性的存在和一种完整性的存在；理解人的本真含义，重视人的意义追寻，引导人，尊重人，激励人，发展人，“使人作为人成为人”，即“成人”，是时代赋予思想政治教育的历史使命。
