| 摘 要： | 文章结合我国产业技术创新战略联盟发展实践，分析了我国现阶段产业技术创新战略联盟的产生、发展现状、合作模式以及在合作中的问题，提出了明确产业技术创新战略联盟的目的和原则：发挥政府在产业技术创新战略联盟当中的作用，发挥高校人才培养等方面的特色和优势，建立技术创新资源的共享平台，加强高校主导型的战略联盟组建模式，明确产业技术创新战略联盟成员的责任与义务等对策，产业技术创新战略联盟才能更加持续有效地健康、快速发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the practice of the development of industry technology innovation strategy alliance in China, the present situations and patterns of the Industrial Technological Innovative Strategic Alliances cooperation are analyzed and some problems are proposed which can prevent the healthy development of the cooperation.The following conclusion is drawn：the purpose and principles must be clear, the government must play the role, university research strengths must play characteristics and advantages of the talent training, the platform for technological innovation resources must be established, the leading strategic alliance mode of university must be strengthen and the responsibilities and obligations of members must be clear, so that the Industrial Technological Innovative Strategic Alliances can be developed effectively and rapidly. |
