| 摘 要： | 柄海鞘为我国海洋中广泛分布的一种动物，尤其是在山东沿海贝类养殖笼中多见。在贝类收获季节，大量的柄海鞘废弃而堆积在海洋上，造成严重污染，本文拟用不同方法得到的柄海鞘粗提物对小白鼠S—180抑瘤作用进行观察，以期为开发利用柄海鞘，使其变废为宝提供依据。

| Abstract: | Styela Clava is a kind of animal that widely spreads in the ocean of this country, especially common in coastal shell breeding cages in Shandong. In harvest time of shells, great quantity of Styela Clava are discarded and piled on the sea, which causes serious pollution. By observing the anti-tumor effect of Styela Clava crude extractives got by different ways to white mouse S180, this essay aims to provide reference for developing and utilizing Styela Clava and turning waste into treasure. |
