| 摘 要： | 为了解山东省高师院校生物专业教育实习现状,以问卷和访谈的形式对山东省部分高师院校的指导教师和实习生进行了调查。结果表明：教育实习基地少;实习方式单一;实习时间安排不合理;实习内容以学科教学为主,缺乏创新性;实习指导教师指导力量不足;生物教师教育课程设置不合理;实习评价体系不完善。并提出了相关建议。力求为高师院校生物专业教育实习改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the status of the teaching practice of the biology majors, the article investigated the tutors and the students of some normal universities in Shandong Province in the methods of questionnaire and interview, it finds many problems： the practice base is not enough; the practice mode is single; the arrangement of practice time is unreasonable; the practice content is mostly on subject teaching while lack of innovation; the tutors＇ guidance is little; the arrangement of related courses is unreasonable; the evaluation system is unperfected. Some related advices are provided with the purpose of supplying some useful references for the biology teaching practice in normal universities. |
