| 摘 要： | 根据对县级国土资源管理部门在职工作人员和土地规划机构从业人员教育程度、专业背景等信息的调查,分析当前山西省土地资源管理专业人才需求状况。针对山西省土地资源管理人才供给特点,提出三点建议：充分发挥财经类高校经管法学科优势,培养适应时代需求的土地资源管理专业人才;加强高校与基层国土资源管理部门联系,加快县级国土资源管理部门工作人员知识更新;大胆改革国土资源管理部门用人机制。

| Abstract: | According to the research on education,majors,ages of people working in land and resources management and land planning,the paper discussed the demands for talents of land resource management in Shanxi province.Considering characters of talents supply in Shanxi province,the paper put forwards three suggestions： Firstly,we should make full use of discipline advantage of universities to cultivate talents adapted for the new times;secondly,we should strengthen the links between universities and basic land administrations to accelerate the updating of knowledge of people working in these unites;thirdly,employing mechanism of land resource management should be reformed. |
