| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析地学类创新人才的基本特征,创造性地提出了地学类人才的核心竞争力,运用集合、权重和层次分析法,构建了地学类创新人才核心竞争力的指标体系,并提出了对地学类创新人才核心竞争力进行综合评价的方法,为衡量和提高地学类创新人才的核心竞争力提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | The article raises creatively that core competition of the Geo category original talent by analyzing fundamental characteristic of the Geo category original talent,and builds the index system of the core competition of the Geo category original talent by applying aggregation, power weight and analysis method of gradation, and poses the method to estimate and improve the core competition of the Geo category original talent in order to give the reference to judge and enhance the core competition of the Geo category original talent. |
