| 摘 要： | 经济的发展与社会的进步对地质人才提出了新的要求,原有的课程体系及培养模式在一定程度上束缚了当代大学生的学习和就业.近年来我校对原地学专业培养方向进行了调整,优化了课程体系,并在人才培养模式、课程设置及实践教学环节等方面进行了重点改革,在增强学生综合素质、促进就业方面取得了一定成效.

| Abstract: | The economic and social development brings forward new demand for the geologic talents, but the former curriculum system and training pattern, to some extent, prevent students from successful learning and employment. In recent years the former geology training plan of Northeastern University has been adjusted and the curriculum system also been optimized. The teaching reform was focused on the training pattern, the curriculum arrangement and the practical teaching. All these have achieved certain effects on the training of students' all-round quality and the increase of their employment rate. |
