| 摘 要： | 本文从地质工程学科专业属性和社会需求出发，强调重视地质基础知识教育，重视学生工程素养和设计能力的训练，重视实践动手能力和创新能力的培养是十分重要的教育环节。特别针对我国西部地区人才需求和地质环境的特点，构建了“一中心、三层次、五训练”的新型实践教学体系；在实验教学内容上倡导以科研成果为基础开设新型实验项目，较好地实现了基础与前沿、经典与现代的有机结合，建立了一套适应学生能力培养、鼓励探索创新的实验考核方法和实验教学模式，为培养地质工程创新人才打下了坚实的基础。
