| 摘 要： | 随着我国地质工作的加强,社会对地质专业人才的需求在数量和类型上均明显增加。从地质类硕士研究生的就业领域分析,认为必须采用多元化的教育模式来培养人才以满足我国地质行业市场需求。通过分析单一教育模式与社会需要之间的矛盾问题,指出地质类研究生教育模式从单一化向多样化模式的转变已成为研究生教育改革的必然选择,硕博连读、企业培养和工程硕士是今后我国专业式主体教育模式的重要补充和扩展。

| Abstract: | With the enhancement of geology work in China, the need of geology talents is increasing in quantity and types.Analyzing the postgraduate occupation fields of geology master, we think multiple education patterns must be adopted to meet the talents need for geology market.Based on the problems between single education pattern and society talents need, the necessary choice of postgraduate education reform is the conversion from single education pattern to multiple patterns.Although professional pattern is the main education pattern in China, master-doctor continuous study, university-enterprise united education and engineering master are important supplementary education patterns. |
