| Abstract: | It is pointed out that to foster creative talent, new concepts of education and new evaluation standards for creative student must be established. According to the discussion about the correlation between intelligence and creative ability, and the relation between knowledge structure, personality, creative thinking, creative spirit, creative ability, study environment and fostering creative talent, This paper shows that educational reform is necessary and crucial to fostering creative talent. |
