| 摘 要： | 网络商务市场的日趋活跃,给大学生就业与创业提供了广阔空间,也使得越来越多的企业和教育机构关注相关人才的挖掘与培养。文章围绕为找寻特色人才培养定位的突破,尝试实施的高技能型实用电子商务人才的培养模式改革展开。提出逆向推导人才需求、搭建网销实战平台、校企合作共建实训项目等方式培养面向创业型公司的实用人才。在发挥课堂教学的教育主渠道作用同时,通过实践环节帮助学生树立正确的就业与创业观,推动新时期教学改革。

| Abstract: | With network marketing becoming more active,more and more enterprises and educational institutions concerned about the digging and cultivation of talents.The paper is about the progress of how we look for a breakthrough about training of characteristics of personnel,and try to implement the reform about business-oriented and social needs-oriented training model.We are trying to build new ways such as networks marketing platform and cooperation in the establishment of training project between enterprises and colleges,so that we can foster the training of the personnel suitable for the entrepreneurial companies.Our aim is to strengthen the practice to help students establish a correct concept of employment and entrepreneurship,let the classroom teaching in education play a role as the main channel at the same time,and to promote the teaching reform in the new period. |
