| 摘 要： | 目的探讨"小组合作角色扮演教学法"在《内科护理学》实践教学中的应用研究。方法将我院2 0 0 9级高职护理专业4个班200名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各100名,在《内科护理学》单元理论课程结束后,实验组在护理实训中心开展小组合作角色扮演实践教学并进行观察、分析、评价。对照组仍按照传统实验教学模式。结果"小组合作角色扮演"模式与传统教学模式相比能提高学生学习的兴趣,调动学习自觉性,培养合作意识、提高学习效率和效果,培养护生独立解决临床实际问题的能力和对病人的身心整体护理能力,有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论"小组合作角色扮演教学法"是培养高职护生合作精神、独立分析、解决问题及创新思维能力,是提高护生护理执业能力的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the applied research of small group role--playing in Medical Nursing＇practice teaching. Methods： 200 students of 2009 vocational nursing in our school were randomly divided into the test and the control group. After the end of the unit theory course of ＂Medical Nursing＂, the test group used small group role--playing in nursing training center, and was required to observe, analysis, evaluate： the control group still used traditional teaching mode. Results： Compared with the control group, the test group was significantly higher in learning interest, learning consciousness, co--awareness, and the ability of overall care of patients and independantly solving clinical problems （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Small group role-playing is an effective teaching way to foster nursing students team work, independent analysis, problem solving, creative thing, and to improve competence of practice nursing. |
