摘    要:当前,老龄化已然成为全球面临的共同挑战,老年教育在应对老龄化社会进程中,应发挥其特有的角色与使命。积极老龄化的理念由世界卫生组织提出,经联合国以及欧盟的不断推进,当前已经形成具有一定实践意义的政策框架与指标体系,得到了国际社会的广泛认同。作为终身学习体系组成部分的老年教育,能够为实现积极老龄化所倡导的“独立健康生活”“就业”以及“社会参与”等政策支柱发挥重要的促进作用。与发达国家相比,我国对老年教育的认知与实践仍有很大的提升空间。在未来,我国应当树立“健康即是回报”的老年教育观念,增加对老年教育的社会支持,通过教育增强老年群体的健康知识学习与社会参与,进而促进积极老龄化的实现。

Abstract:Today’s world is facing the challenge of increasingly aging society that calls for specific mission and role of senior education to tackle the issues and problems in the process of population aging. For that purpose, the active aging proposed first by the World Health Organization and promoted by the United Nations and the European Union has developed into a practical policy framework and indexes system as a widely-accepted global concept. It holds that senior education as part of lifelong education system can be a support to promoting the policies for seniors’ active “independent healthy life, employment and social participation”. This research focuses on the raise of social recognition of senior education and practice in China to shorten the gaps in comparison with the developed nations. It recommends that it is necessary to enhance social support with the ideology of health as rewards to urge seniors to study health-related literacy and social participation, and further to push forward the realization of active aging
