| 摘 要： | 从高水平大学建设重要性的认识着手，梳理了国内地方高水平大学发展现状，深入分析目前高水平大学发展中办学定位不清、学科特色不突出、高层次人才缺乏、办学资源短缺及对社会经济发展支撑偏弱等问题，并针对性地提出了分类建设地方高水平大学的路径对策。
