| 摘 要： | 本期作者就为什么要推进“四新”建设、什么是“四新”建设以及如何推进等问题阐释了各自的观点、见解和做法。主要观点有:（1）四新建设在推进人类科技文明进程和支撑现代化强国建设中发挥着重要作用，其改革背后是知识生产范式发生了深刻变化，推进四新建设需要强化能力变革、业务变革以及政策变革；（2）新工科建设需要强化学生创新实践能力培养，并以“产教融合”为重要抓手精准破解难题，大力探索实践；（3）新医科建设应在立足时代背景的基础上，强化内涵认识，坚持问题导向，构建新的发展策略；（4）以水产为代表的新农科在坚持质量建设导向和问题导向的基础上，可以构建“鱼骨式”人才培养模式；（5）新文科应全面把握其建设背景和内涵，从理念、课程、课堂以及范式等层面进行再构。

| Abstract: | These authors explained their views, opinions and practices on why to promote the four new construction, what is the four new construction and how to promote it. The main observation points are as follows: (1) the four new construction plays an important role in promoting the process of human scientific and technological civilization and supporting the construction of a modern power. Behind its reform is the change of knowledge paradigm. Promoting the four news construction needs to strengthen capacity change, business change and policy change; (2) The construction of emerging engineering needs to strengthen the cultivation of students’ innovative and practical ability, take "integration of industry and education" as an important starting point, accurately solve problems and vigorously explore practice; (3) The construction of new medical science should be based on the background of the times, strengthen the understanding of connotation, adhere to the problem orientation, and construct a new development strategy; (4) On the basis of adhering to the quality construction orientation and problem orientation, the new agricultural science represented by fisheries can build a "fish bone" talent training mode; (5) The new liberal arts should fully grasp its construction background and connotation, and reconstruct it from the aspects of concept, curriculum, classroom and paradigm. |
