| Abstract: | This paper used keyword cohort analysis, cluster analysis and multidimensional scale analysis to analyze 1050 articles selected from CNKI academic journals from 1999 to 2019, in order to promote the in-depth research on children’s problem behaviors, have an objective understanding of the structure and evolution of the hot areas in the research on children’s problem behaviors, and better predict the future development trend. The results showed that: (1) hot spots of research on children’s problematic behaviors from 1988 to 2019 changed as follows: research on parenting style and problematic behaviors (hot spots from 1999 to 2005); research on aggressive behavior intervention (hot spots from 2006 to 2012); and studies on loneliness and children’s problematic behaviors (hot spots from 2013 to 2019); (2) researchers paid attention to external factors such as family and school in problem behaviors at the early stage, and then to internal factors gradually such as loneliness, self-esteem and depression in problem behaviors; (3) no widely-accepted problem behavior measurement tools existed with Chinese characteristics; and (4) the research is being aimed at diversified research objects, ecological factors and integrated intervention methods |
