结合CDIO和学科竞赛的生产系统建模仿真教改研究

摘    要:针对培养具有创新创造的全面工程能力的学生,对《生产系统建模仿真》课程进行教学改革尝试,分析了课程教学中存在的若干问题,借鉴CDIO工程教学理念和学科竞赛模式,结合生产实际问题及以往学科竞赛题目,规划设计了7个CDIO工程实践项目,并对课程教学体系进行整理,完善了教学资源的网络化。通过选课学生的成绩对比分析,发现教改后学生在上机实践、期末和总成绩三方面平均成绩整体得到提升,从而验证教改的效果。

Abstract:This paper explored the innovative mode of “Production System Modeling and Simulation” to integrate CDIO concepts and disciplinary contests into the course education through reviewing the issues and problems in the current instruction. It integrated seven CDIO-based engineering projects both from industrial production and competition, refined the teaching system, and streamlined the teaching resources online. Its effectiveness was well evidenced in students’ improved scores in online practice, final exam and performance
