| 摘 要： | 经费是关乎私立高校生存和发展的关键。受民国政策法令、经济金融和社会文化等因素的影响，私立高校通过社会捐款、学生缴费、政府资助、庚款补助等外源性资本和债券发行、资产运营、基金利息、租息、杂项收入等内源性资本筹集教育经费。多元化的经费筹措方式为近代私立高校的发展提供了资金支持，但同时也存在着诸多问题。其融资的经验教训，为当今民办高校拓宽筹资渠道具有重要的启迪和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Fund raising is vital to the survival and development of private universities. Affected by policies and decrees, economies, finances and cultures in the period of the Republic of China, private higher learning institutions collected the educational funds through exogenous capitals like social donation, tuition fees, governmental subsidies and the Gengzi subsidies, and endogenous ones like bonds, operating assets, interests, rents and other incomes. The diversified funds raising provided strong financial support for modern private universities, but left behind some questions worth considering. The lessons from financing of private colleges in the period of the ROC provides significant suggestions for today’s private higher learning institutions |
