| 摘 要： | 江浙沪三级教育投资整体状况可以概括为：政府教育投资总量较大，仍有待进一步提高；三级教育投资比例稳定并趋向合理化发展；非政府性教育投资经费高于政府性教育经费投入。三地区也呈现不同的个性特点：江苏省优化发展高等教育，但教育经费支出区域性矛盾显著；浙江省重视农村教育发展，但教育事业经费实际增幅不大且市（县）级投入不足；上海市加快国际化发展步伐，但中等职业教育经费投入略显不足。

| Abstract: | The essay is designed to consider the current issues and problems with investment in primary,secondary and higher education in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.It finds that governments cover a large chunk of educational fund in stable and increasingly reasonable proportion,along with higher non-governmental investment.Distinctions exist in the two provinces and the municipality: higher education on top agenda of development with huge gap in regional expenditure in Jiangsu,focus on rural educational development in Zhejiang with low rise of budget and deficient county-level investment,and somewhat insufficient financial support to vocational education out of tune with the fast-paced internationalization of Shanghai. |
