| 摘 要： | 在我国高等教育大众化进程中，地方高校社会捐赠存在规模较小、区域性差异较大等问题，并受到了高校自身和社会环境等内外制约因素的影响。多渠道筹措经费已成为地方高校的重要工作，国外高校办学经费重要来源的社会捐赠越来越受到国内重视。我国地方高校应从个人、高校、政府三个层面着手，提出相关对策，以推动地方高校社会捐赠事业的发展，促进地方乃至全国高等教育事业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Local universities are facing the internal and external challenges of social donations, small-scaled and regionally differentiated, in the process of higher learning popularization. Multi-channeled financing has been an important work of local universities that increasingly attach importance to social donations as their counterparts. This research suggests that local higher learning institutions can make joint efforts with individuals and local authorities to work out specific policies to promote the development of social donation to ensure the sustainable development of local higher education |
