| 摘 要： | 长期以来,工程教育脱离产业需求,培养的学生不能适应企业和社会需求。如何定位和培养符合社会发展要求的工程应用型人才是工科高校改革面临的关键问题。以桂林电子科技大学电子信息类工程应用型人才培养为例,深入分析工程应用型人才培养目标及基本素质,构建电子信息类工程应用型人才培养新体系,追求人才培养的社会适应性,以实现地方高校特色化发展。

| Abstract: | It has been a long time since Engineering Education decoupled from the needs of industry.Graduates in this profession,as a result,can hardly meet the needs of enterprises and society.Therefore,the issue arises here as to what approaches should be taken at these Engineering Colleges and Universities to position and cultivate the engineering practical talents conforming to the requirements of social development.This paper is aimed to establish a new cultivating system of Electronic Information Engineering Practical Talents.Drawing upon an analysis of the case of GUET about the objectives and the essential qualities,it hopes to pursue the social adaptiveness of the training mode,and to achieve the goal of characteristic sustainable development of local colleges and universities. |
