| 摘 要： | 通过随机问卷调查、宿舍走访、师生座谈会等方式发现高职院校学生文化基础总体偏低、道德水准尚未形成、自律性明显不强、心理存在较多问题,因而应当把职业道德教育、学习力建设、心理素质教育作为育人重点。

| Abstract: | By investigating questionnaire,visiting dormitory and this research demonstrates that the students of higher vocational school have many defects in cultural foundation,moral level,automaticity and psychological quality.And based on this conclusion the thesis Points out a lot of significant viewpoints about ethical education,learning the force of development,mental health education and so on. |
